Yes.
Neoteriko is a real business selling real fragrance. We buy full-size, factory-sealed bottles from authorised European retailers, decant them into sterile atomizers, and ship them to you with a batch code you can verify yourself.
But you should not take our word for that — anyone can write "we're legit" on their own website. Below is what we actually are, how you can check it, and what we cannot prove to you from a web page.
If you have arrived here because a price looked too good, that is a healthy instinct. The fragrance world has a genuine counterfeit problem, and scepticism is the right default. So here is the reasoning laid out properly.
Why the prices are lower — the actual reason
A 100ml bottle of a niche fragrance might cost €300. We sell an 8ml decant of the same fragrance for a fraction of that, and people reasonably ask how that is possible without something being wrong.
The answer is unexciting: you are buying less of it. Per millilitre, our decants are priced comparably to — and sometimes above — the retail bottle. We are not undercutting the brand. We are dividing the bottle.
The rest of the gap is that we do not carry the costs a retail brand carries. No boutique leases, no advertising campaigns, no celebrity endorsements, no elaborate outer packaging. You are paying for the fragrance and the vial it came in, not for the marketing around it.

Common questions
Is a decant the same fragrance as the retail bottle?
Yes — identical liquid, from the retail bottle itself. Nothing is added, removed, or altered. The only difference is how much of it you get and what it is in.
Is decanting and reselling legal?
Yes. Under EU trademark exhaustion, once a brand has sold a bottle inside the European Economic Area, it cannot control the resale of that bottle. We buy genuine goods and describe them accurately as decants, with clear non-affiliation notices on every product page.
Why does my decant not come in the brand's box?
Because it is not a brand-packaged product and we will not pretend otherwise. You receive a Neoteriko-labelled atomizer. The retail bottle shown on our product pages identifies the fragrance — it is not what ships to you.
What if my decant does not smell like it should?
Contact us. Fragrance genuinely can smell different on different skin, and top notes shift as a decant settles after transfer — but if something seems wrong, we would far rather look into it than have you wonder. We will trace the batch code back to the source bottle.
What happens if my parcel is lost or damaged?
It is our problem, not yours. Under Spanish consumer law risk stays with us until the parcel is actually in your hands — we cannot shift that to you at dispatch, and we do not try to.
Can I return a decant I have opened?
Not under the 14-day change-of-mind right — once a hygiene seal is broken, that exception applies, and it is the reason we can guarantee no decant you receive has been opened by anyone else. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items are a separate matter entirely and remain covered regardless of the seal.
