What is a Neoteriko subscription?
A subscription delivers a hand-poured decant to your door on a recurring basis, so you always have something new to wear without reordering each time.
You choose your size and how often you want it. We take care of the rest, and you can change or cancel it yourself at any time.
Do I get an atomizer case with my subscription?
Yes. Every subscription includes a free atomizer case with your first delivery, in black or white.
It is a proper protective case built to carry an 8ml decant in a bag or pocket without leaks or scratches. One case is included per subscription, and it is yours to keep.
How often do you add new fragrances?
Every week. We add new fragrances to the catalogue weekly, across designer, niche and Arabic houses, so your subscription keeps introducing you to things you have not tried.
Subscribers get access to every new release as soon as it goes live — there is no waiting period and no separate charge.
How do I cancel my subscription?
From your account, in a couple of clicks. Log in, open Subscription Management, and cancel there yourself — no email required, no phone call, no retention script.
Cancel any time before your next renewal and you will not be charged again. We will always notify you before a renewal charge so nothing is a surprise. If you would rather pause than cancel, you can do that from the same place.
